How many minutes of jogging in place would equal to jogging a mile?
I usually jog or run at least a mile 4 times a week, but I haven’t been able to lately because it’s been raining to much to run. So, I want to jog in place at home and I was wondering for how many minutes do I need to jog in place for it to equal the distance of jogging a mile?
Would it be wierd to se a 14-year-old girl jogging?
Because the only people I ever see doing serious running are adults or older teens, but I really want to run more so I can run faster, longer in soccer. I could do it in my backyard, but it would be a lot easier to run down my street.
about how many calories would a thirteen year old girl burn on a 2.5 mile run? Run= jogging with speed?

Would jogging and cruches be enough to get abs?
I’m 5 feet tall and big boned. I build muscles quite easily for a girl, and I’m not too worried about eating bc I eat fairly healthy. (So please no healthy diet suggestions). I love jogging and I don’t mind crunches. But would that be enough to get a nice defined stomach? I don’t need a muscular 6 pack, I just want a nice, firm, toned, victoria’s secret looking stomach.
So are cruches and jogging enough for me to get that?
Would you allow a 15 year old to go jogging by herself?
I’m a 15 year old girl and i love to run. It makes me feel so much better when i’m feeling stressed.
My parents are very protective though and refuse to let me go jogging by myself. None of my friends enjoying running for leisure so i have no one to run with.

I would like to start jogging/running, what should I do?
I’ve never really been all that fit, but I think I should start living healthier. I have begun trying to eat healthier, but I still need a form of exersive to work my body. I thought jogging or running would be fun, because I’ve always kind of enjoyed it. I’m also hoping to play volleyball from my school this year, and I’d like to be in better shape(and have nicer legs for the shorts, lol.) so I can play well.
I am 5’5, 135 pounds, and I’m a girl(despite my avatar)
I need to know the following:
what stretches I should do
what time of day is best
how long I should run/jog
what I should wear
any other important things that a novice jogger should know
