How does jogging in a pool compare to jogging on land?
I am curious if jogging in a pool is equivalent to jogging on land for exercise purposes. Which burns more calories? Are the benefits the same. I don’t like to swim laps so I jog in place or tread water in the deep end.

I’m just curious… I run about once a week, i run a 30 min. 5k (3 miles) and i don’t know how i’d figure that out. . .help! please be nice with answers though.
