How to start a jogging program in college + suggestions for cardio?
I want to stay fit and toned, but I don’t want to get too big, so I want to start doing more cardio. Specifically, I want to start jogging. What tips do you have for starting a jogging program? Also, what other cardio can I do on the days when I don’t feel like running?

Anything that gets you breathing faster than usual is considered cardio. You could go bike riding, do some jump-roping, boxing, etc. Bike riding is fun.
