How can Jogging be replaced during the winter?

I know that jogging can be made during the winter , but in my country , during the winter the snow is 1 meter high…It is impossible to jog.

    jog inside. find a building and run some stairs.

    You could get a arobics video and do that in doors or invest in a treadmill or exercise bike there are some well priced ones that arnt hudgly expensive

    Maybe you should try jogging in place.
    Or jumpin jacks…

    Or go to your local gym so you can get on a tred mill or buy your own.

    sign up at a gym.. and do the treadmill or elipitical or bicyle…. alternate them

    and then u can also do wieghts while u are..

    do not jog in snow.. its a killer…

    A small step might be a good investment. They’re pretty simple and there are lot of different exercises you can do with arm movements or plyometrics. If you don’t mind the impact on the joints, jumping rope, doing callestheniscs or jumping jacks would also be great! You could also get some “flow” yoga or cardio DVDs as well….
